About WLSC

Williams Landing Sports Club (WLSC) caters for the sports & recreational needs for the ever growing Wyndham and Williams Landing community. WLSC also provides the community, a way to collaborate by overcoming their cultural backgrounds through sports. The club focuses heavily on the development of junior sport for the development of a sporting culture from the grass roots level. The club utilizes Cricket Victoria programs to achieve these outcomes.

Some main points about the club:

• WLSC is a Not For Profit Community Sports Club
• WLSC is incorporated with Cricket Victoria and associated with Williamstown and Districts Cricket Association, Western Suburbs Churches & Community Cricket Association and Western Region Junior Cricket Association
• WLSC’s membership is open to all, i.e., there are no restrictions on ‘who can join
• WLSC caters for Adults/Seniors while focusing heavily on Junior Cricket, to develop them early and providing the young generation, the best chance to develop their skill/game
• WLSC aims to develop special programs in the future to encourage community involvement
• WLSC is apolitical in its policies or procedures
• WLSC aims to stay with the community for the long term
• WLSC aims to work with local charitable/social work organizations by assisting in event management & providing volunteers.
